A professional coaching diploma rooted in mindfulness, somatics, and human growth

Train in a small, supportive community where you are truly known.

About the Academy

Krama Coaching Academy was created to offer coach training and professional development that is both grounded and human. We are a small, experienced team bringing together backgrounds in coaching, mentoring, supervision, education and wellbeing.

  • A Whole-Person Approach to Coaching

We encourage coaches to work with the wider human experience, recognising the relationship between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, values, lived experience, the body and the nervous system.

  • Learning Coaching Through Experience

The learning environment is supportive, thoughtful and interactive, with space for curiosity, discussion and different perspectives.

  • Developing Your Own Coaching Voice

The aim is not to create coaches who all sound the same, but thoughtful, self-aware practitioners who can work in a way that feels both professional and deeply human, with the freedom to explore the approaches that feel most aligned to them.

Whole Person
Coaching Diploma

The training is experiential, interactive and reflective in nature, combining live teaching with coaching practice, discussion, feedback and supported development throughout the programme. Reflections from Our Students

  • "This course definitely took me out of my comfort zone but in a way that felt so safe and supported."

“I signed up to Dawn's course as I have trained several times with Dawn since lockdown and have never been disappointed. I was intrigued to learn coaching skills as I am considering expanding my business to become more holistic in its approach with clients, and this seemed like a natural step forward.

This course definitely took me out of my comfort zone but in a way that felt so safe and supported, Dawn's words "trust the process" kept me grounded in the early weeks and it's interesting how this course seeps into all corners of your life, in unexpected ways.

It has helped me to improve communication with family members and also deal with difficult or tricky situations with a little more focus and care. It teaches you to take a pause, take a breath and really, truly listen. I look forward to bringing these skills into my business moving forward.

    Thank you Dawn.”

  • "The course has been very supportive, and I have met some wonderful people."

“I joined Dawn’s coaching course not only because I was impressed by the structure and layout, but also because of Dawn herself. She is an extremely warm and knowledgeable person who teaches in a way that helps you truly understand and appreciate the material.

The combination of the ICF framework and somatic theory has been fascinating; I use these techniques not only with my clients but also in my daily life and my work as a GP. The course has been very supportive, and I have met some wonderful people.

I can’t recommend this training enough—the course is amazing, but doing it with Dawn really takes the experience to the next level.”

  • "I went for it—and I’m so pleased I did."

“I took a while to book onto Dawn’s course, as I was hesitant to take on another commitment. However, something kept calling me to it, so I went for it—and I’m so pleased I did.

A formal coaching course is something I’ve explored many times in the past, but nothing truly resonated until I came across Dawn’s. Its focus on mindfulness, somatics, positive psychology, and the nervous system—while still respecting pure coaching—really stood out to me.

I have absolutely loved the course. Dawn’s teaching, support, and resources have been amazing, and I’m really looking forward to weaving what I’ve learned into my work as an occupational therapist and yoga teacher.”
